The new One Punch Man: A Hero Nobody Knows trailer highlights Puri-Puri Prisoner, Snek, Crablante, and Boros. Puri-Puri Prisoner is known for being perverted and not always being clothed, which will be portrayed in the game as well. Crablante, meanwhile, is a part-human part-crab who served as the first villain in the One Punch Man anime.

Boros is probably the character that most One Punch Man fans are interested to see in action, however. Boros is the main antagonist of the first season of One Punch Man, and the only character in the entire show to give Saitama even a little bit of a fight. Crablante will likely serve as the final boss in the One Punch Man: A Hero Nobody Knows video game, though it seems he will also be a part of the playable roster.

Basically every major character and most minor characters have been confirmed for the One Punch Man: A Hero Nobody Knows video game roster. However, it’s entirely possible that Bandai Namco will announce even more characters for the One Punch Man game roster ahead of its release on February 28, though that remains to be seen.

So far, much of the attention given to the game has revolved around the title character, Saitama. Saitama’s entire gimmick is that he can defeat opponents in a single punch and is virtually invincible, so it seems as though it would be difficult to adapt the anime into a traditional fighting game. The workaround is that Saitama always arrives “late” to fights, meaning that players who select him will always be down one character for a certain amount of time in any given battle. There’s also a Dream Saitama where he’s in pajamas and is significantly nerfed as well.

How fans respond to these features remain to be seen, but we’ll find out when One Punch Man: A Hero Nobody Knows launches later this month.

One Punch Man: A Hero Nobody Knows launches on February 28 for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
