Opinion Why Destiny 2 Coming To Pc Is Bad For The Community

Destiny being on PC would offer a lot. Many players would prefer to use a mouse and keyboard to play the shooter, which almost certainly would also see a boost in frame rate (it currently runs at 30 FPS on consoles). It also would introduce the game to a whole new audience and prospective fan base. Those and many more advantages sound very attractive to some, but the news that Destiny 2 could be coming to PC doesn’t have me as excited....

Options If Insurance Does Not Cover A Service You Need

Healthcare providers view your condition from a medical perspective, though, not from an insurance standpoint. Since they see patients who have a variety of insurance providers, they’re often not as aware of the coverage provided by a particular company or plan as patients are—or should be. Insurance policies are geared toward a broad population, so covered items are based on standard medical procedures for the average patient. Patients, though, have more alternatives—and more successes—in negotiating health care costs and benefits than many realize....

Orchestras Pull Tchaikovsky From Concerts Over Russia S War On Ukraine

Russia launched a full-scale invasion of Ukraine at the end of February, and several large companies and corporations have since cut ties with Russia in response. Even more support for Ukraine has been shown as citizens across the world have personally boycotted Russian-based goods or services, but some internet users say that the banning of 19th-century classical music might be taking it a step too far. On Wednesday, Wales’ Cardiff Philharmonic Orchestra announced it would be removing Tchaikovsky’s “1812 Overture” from a March 18 concert....

Australian Open 2020 Nadal Convinced By Officials Amid Air Quality Concerns

Bushfires have ravaged Australia in recent months and led to air quality concerns in Melbourne, where qualifying was impacted as smoke blanketed the city on Tuesday. Nadal was unconcerned heading into the tournament, saying organisers had convinced him when questioned about the air. “I don’t have concerns because I am just one more player. When the issues were there a couple of days ago in qualifying, when I heard the players having issues, asking questions, me like a player, the only thing I can do is go to the tournament director office, ask what’s going on, because I have been practising those days, too,” the Spaniard said on Saturday....

Avengers Endgame Ruined Two Part Movie Finales

Indeed, why would studios only release one film, when they could release two and double their profits, milking audiences for as much as they could? This practice becomes even more egregious when franchises like The Hobbit get in on the action. Despite the original novel only being 310 pages long, Peter Jackson managed to create three whole films out of this source material, stretching out the plot and filling the gaps with vacuous nonsense (why did he invent a dwarf-elf-elf love triangle and make it feature so prominently?...
